If your problem is:

Our Solution is: Hydraulic Mud Pumping

Mud Pumping
is a simple and inexpensive method to fill existing voids, thus restoring concrete slabs to their proper grade. Voids sometimes occur beneath or around the slab structure and this lack of proper support is largely responsible for slab failure. Existence of voids may extend over a period of time before the slab will show signs of settling or cracking.

Application of the Mud Pump is simple. It does two things: 1) Fills voids and stabilizes the support of the slab before dips appear and
2) Raises the slab to the original or correct grade.

The 1-2-3 Method

1. We drill a series of holes in the sunken slab at selected locations into which the mud mixture will be pumped.

2. We mix the mud using a plaster mortar mixer. Mud mixture is preferably a good loam topsoil relatively free of sand, clay and pebbles.

3. We pump the mixture into the holes. The premixed mud is poured into the Mud-Jack which pumps it through the holes where it flows easily and fills all the voids beneath the sunken slabs. Hydraulic pressure raises the slab to its original grade.

Advantages of Mud Pumping

The repair is effectively made in hours, not days, for less cost, mess and disruption.
